Everyone is welcome

Accessibility

We want everyone – including guests with special needs – to enjoy their time here. That’s why we aim to make all our cottages and facilities as accessible as possible. To see which of our cottages are single storey, please refer to the cottage floor plans.

Animal feeding

Everyone is welcome to join in and interact with animals at feeding time. If a larger group is unsuitable, you’re welcome to visit the animals later in the day. Just let us know and we can arrange it. Both Ashlyn (who is a former speech and language therapist) and Jenny can Makaton sign the different animals, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs prior to arrival.

Inclusivity and access

Creating a safe, supportive environment and treating everyone with care and consideration is at the heart of or holidays. We welcome families with additional needs and aim to provide the best holiday we can for all.

We have an Elise Excel travel buggy and a large wipe-clean beanbag available to borrow.

The nearest suppliers of hire equipment is Tremorvah Industries in Truro 01872 324340. For further information see the Disability Cornwall website.
