Cottages to book this year

Hayloft, Dairy and Scantlebury cottages are looking swish with classy, cosy makeovers in February. Plenty of soft, pretty tones, natural fibres and some Susie Watson magic! We hope you love them too. Our holiday homes have spacious kitchens and living areas (most with wood burners for our homegrown logs). There’s outdoor dining and garden space too. All cottages are within (very) easy reach of the indoor pool, soft play, EV charging and our hot tub garden.

The best months to visit?

The hedgerows are flowering, the sea is warming up and it’s the meteorological start of summer, May and June are locally acknowledged to be the best months in Cornwall. Enjoy great value and the most beautiful month here in the Duchy.

It’s also when Cornwall likes to party! Dates for the diary:

  • 19 May – Lostfest. a one-day music festival and family street party in Lostwithiel, our nearest town.
  • 6-8 June – Royal Cornwall Show. Find out more in our family blog.
  • 14-16 – Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival. The largest nautical music festival in Europe!
  • 25 June – Midsummer party at the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Free family tickets

We’ll reward you with a free family pass to either the Eden Project or The Lost Gardens of Heligan if you stay at the farm twice in the same calendar year – as many already do! Both are world-class family attractions, less than 30 mins drive from Tredethick.
