Meet our team

Team Tredethick

Our team is committed to caring for the environment and ensuring that guests experience the best of what Tredethick has to offer. From looking after the land and animals to creating a welcoming atmosphere, everyone here takes pride in sharing the unique charm and beauty of this corner of Cornwall.

Zoë & Yello

Zoë & Yello fell in love with the farm, and decided to take over the reins from previous owner Ashlyn, getting the keys during January 2026.

Zoë takes point on the animals front, which rekindled childhood dreams of being a vet. She loves sharing her joy of animals with families, and is passionate about connecting with nature and the outdoors.

A published author and health app producer, Yello is great at getting creative and making things. He loves chatting about latest AI developments and vibe coding!

Favourite things to do: drinking big mugs of cacao while looking out at the view and chatting about life, then going to a relaxing yoga class.

Liz (‘Liz Pony Whizz’)

Cornish born and bred, Liz grew up in the country and has worked on farms and the land all her life. Passionate about ponies and hugely knowledgeable on all matters equine, Liz co-parents the farm animals as well as manages our grounds and land.

You’ll see Liz Pony Whizz at our pony grooming and riding sessions (summer months only). And if you book a Pony Poppets session, you’ll experience her giggle-inducing gymkhana games – the ultimate four-legged fun.

Favourite things to do: Since her beautiful horse, Harley, died at a grand old age, Liz enjoys riding her motorbike aka ‘the Flyin’ Frog’!

Farm Dream Team

The farm functions with huge thanks to a fantastic team of people.

We have a superb team of housekeepers, a friendly community of local ladies who take pride in their work and who care deeply about this special farm.

Our maintenance guru Aaron is a highly skilled carpenter, and turns his hand to all things farm related. He drives the tractor, keeps the biomass boiler going and is the go to person for fixing anything that breaks. If there are any technical issues in your cottage during your stay, he’ll be the person coming in to fix it.

Our friendly and wise plumber Jack is also essential on the maintenance front. Geoff and Helen have a wealth of experience keeping the pool and hot tub working safely. Steve looks after the gardens with the utmost care and professionalism. Newest addition on the farm is Ross, who is an all around farm ninja, working magic with the land and grounds.

Jenny (aka Farmer Jenny)

Originally from South Africa, a gap year in the UK in the early Nineties was enough to convince her to stay for good. And Cornwall is now her home and happy place.

Her special on-the-job skills include providing pedicure services for Seamus the alpaca, training piggies Honey and Crumpet to sit, and teaching newborn lambs how to suckle milk from a bottle.

Favourite things to do: Reading, gardening, cooking, and walking her three miniature sausage dogs, Winnie, Wesley and Willow. Also planning to add paddle boarding to the list.
