What are our changeover days?
For week-long holidays, our changeover day is Friday. For short breaks it can be on a Friday or Monday, giving you the option of a 3, 4 or 7 night break.
What about Christmas & New Year?
Christmas and New Year weeks normally start from the 21st & 28th December
What are our arrival & departure times?
You can arrive from 4pm onwards and we ask you to depart by 10am.
Are there any additional charges?
No, the holiday price is totally inclusive.
What additional items can I request?

Can I ask my supermarket to deliver?
Yes you can. But don’t forget to give the cottage name on the delivery instructions. Also please make sure you book a delivery time slot when you know you will be here to accept delivery, this is especially important now as a COVID-19 safety measure.
When do you feed the animals with the children?
Every morning at 9am throughout the year (except Fridays and Sundays). However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering an animal feeding exclusively for your family during your stay.
Do you still do animal feeding in the winter?
Yes, animal feeding continues throughout the year. In the winter the lambs, pigs and goats are brought inside and there are usually lambs to bottle feed.
When do you do pony rides?
Usually Monday and Wednesday, straight after animal feeding, however there are current COVID-19 safety measures in place. Please ask us.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, it’s free and available in all the cottages and facilities.
Do you accept dogs?
We don’t accept dogs.
What do I need to bring?
If you are coming out of season wellies are a good idea for animal feeding. F or everything else it’s probably best for us to list what we provide. If you still have a question please ask us. While COVID-19 safety measures are in place, we’d suggest bringing clip-on hand sanitiser for you and your children.
