Our smallest, and therefore our snuggest, cottage Scantlebury is perfect for small families.
The front door opens onto a large airy living area whose sink-into-me sofas make you feel instantly at home and relaxed.
It’s a wonderfully sunny cottage too. From the living area, a wide doorway leads you directly out onto the courtyard – a perfect spot to soak up the rays over a lazy alfresco breakfast.
Back inside the living room, look up and you can see the open galleried loft bedroom. With a single bed it makes a brilliant child’s bedroom and secret hideaway (probably best for a child of at least ten).
There’s a lovely double bedroom plus a bathroom with a bath and separate power shower.
