Cornish beaches with a dog ban

We love a waggy-tailed friend but families with young children who are nervous of dogs may prefer their beaches without dogs.
Dogs are now banned on 45 Cornish beaches between 1 July and 31 August each year.  The dog ban is extended to 15 May – 30 September on the following beaches:
  • Carbis Bay, Carbis Bay
  • Crackington Haven, Bude
  • Crooklets Beach, Bude
  • Gyllingvase, Falmouth
  • Polzeath Beach
  • Porth Beach
  • Porthmeor Beach, St Ives
  • Porthminster Beach, St Ives
  • Porthtowan Beach
  • Sennen Beach
  • Trevone BEach, Padstow
  • Widemouth Beach, Bude

The ban is in place between 10am and 6pm each day.  You can find full details here.
